I was really surprised at the level of aerobic energy used during the class. I felt I worked quite hard using different muscles to my daily workout at the gym! Definately worked the ab's! Great concept and a great way to exercise with a group of friends and achieve a great workout. thank you 

I loved everything about my first class with you today! It was fun, I had a laugh a second and at the same time I know I was burning up those calories. I never thought at 46 I would enjoy this, and even though I was TOTALLY uncoordinated I had a hoot, and nearly got it...lol! I will see you again next lesson!

It was fun, silly, non-threatening and a challenge! Bree was very welcoming and made the class really enjoyable. Loved the music and the routines. :)

Fun and challenging. It gets your brain working as well! I can see it becoming something you get addicted to to try and master new moves.
