5 Week Hooping Course at Glengarry Primary School. The course will be a beginner friendly mix of HoopFit and Hoop Dance. The course is intended for adults although ok for teens if accompanied by an adult.

You will need your own hoops, if you need to buy some this can be organised in the first class. Hoop sets are $55 for an adult waist hoop and 2 hand hoops.
